Shopping Cost:

Free Shipping On All Orders to the United Kingdom.

Shipping Destinations: 

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom mainland. We unfortunately cannot post offshore IE: Northern Ireland etc

What if I live in a different country?

Currently, we do not ship outside of United Kingdom Mainland. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time:

Transit Time is 1 to 2 Business days (Monday to Friday)

These are estimated times and can vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order cut-off time 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Shipping Terms:

We mainly use DX to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

Change Address:

If you need to modify the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped.

Multiple Addresses:

Undeliverable packages:

In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Track your order page and entering the order number and email.

Back-Ordered Products

  • Unfortunately, delays sometimes happen because of several factors that are out of our control. 
  • If part of your order is out of stock for an extended period, we will split the order and immediately ship the items that are currently in stock while placing the remaining item(s) on backorder. 
  • Depending on availability, we will either cancel that item off your order and let you reorder it later, or we will ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no additional shipping cost. Every action made will result in an email notification to you, the customer.
