All items are SHIPPED FREE via DX Tracked - Most items are next day delivery (including radiators) - There are times when delivery may be up to 3 working days. Should the delivery be over this we will call you / make contact to confirm delivery schedules and to confirm you are still happy to proceed with your order

RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or arrange for a collection for goods not suitable for standard return process (Large items, such as radiators)
If you need to return an item, there is a return system within our website once your order has been placed, otherwise please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
