Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin pre insulated pipe is a flexible, pre-insulated , plastic pipe for underground installs.
For the movement of Hot water flow and return line plus integrated coloured "Dogbone", to avoid confusion.
Uponor Thermo Twin is Designed according to European standard EN 15632-3.
Annual DIN Certco certification according to VDI 2055 verifies the heat loss figures.
KIWA KOMO system certificate according to guideline BRL 5609.
Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin Construction
Medium pipe: Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa). Oxygen permeability according to ISO 17455, Corrosion-resistant. Malfunction temperature 95°C. Design pressure 6 bar.
Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin Insulating material: multi-layer, ageing-resistant, closed-cell PE-X foam, permanently elastic.
Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin Jacket pipe:Corrugated polyethylene (HDPE). With static verification for heavy traffic load of 60tons.
